Terms of Use

Rules and expectations for our digital products and services.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms describe general expectations for use of websites, apps, games and services offered under the XteriorTech brand. Additional app-store terms, product rules or signed client agreements may apply. If there is a conflict for contracted development work, the signed agreement controls.

1. Proper use

Use our services lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, impersonate others, abuse other users or violate intellectual-property rights.

2. Accounts and security

Some apps may allow optional or required accounts. Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information where necessary. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Account deletion details are available on our deletion page.

3. Apps, games, purchases and subscriptions

Where a product includes paid features, subscriptions, virtual items or advertising, prices, duration, renewal and cancellation information should be shown before purchase. Relevant store policies and applicable consumer law also apply. Product availability and features may change with reasonable notice when appropriate.

4. Software and intellectual property

Software, designs, trademarks and other content remain the property of their respective owners unless a written license or agreement says otherwise. Users receive only the rights provided by the app license, store terms or applicable contract.

5. Network and connectivity products

Some future applications may assist with connectivity or VPN functionality. Such products must not be used for unlawful activity or to evade third-party rights. Technical limitations, subscriptions, acceptable-use restrictions and data handling must be explained on the relevant product page or inside that app.

8. Service reliability

We may update, suspend or discontinue services where reasonably necessary. Internet, device, app-store and third-party conditions can affect access. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies protected by applicable law.

9. Privacy, complaints and changes

For personal-data handling see our Privacy Policy. For assistance, questions or complaints contact support@xteriortech.com. We may update these general terms; the date above indicates the latest version.
